  1. UV20GEL

    HumiSeal®UV20GEL is a fast curing, non-sag thixotropic paste which cures to give a flexible urethane acrylate that bonds well to engineered plastics and metal-based substrates. In addition to the UV cure, this material has a secondary moisture cure mechanism to ensure cure in areas shadowed from UV light.  HumiSeal®UV20GEL is designed for staking and vibration dampening applications, but doubles as a high-performance adhesive for general PCB bonding applications.

  2. UV40-250

    HumiSeal® UV40-250 is a single component, high solids, UV curable, acrylated polyurethane conformal coating that
    possesses excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility and moisture resistance. The material is tackfree after exposure to UV light. A secondary moisture cure mechanism will cure unexposed areas of the coating
    within 2-3 days at ambient conditions. The coating fluoresces under UV light to allow for coating inspection and can
    be applied by all selective coating equipment

    HumiSeal® UV40HV is a single component, high solids, UV curable, acrylated polyurethane conformal coating that
    has been formulated specifically for dispensing and jetting applications. The material possesses excellent chemical
    resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, moisture resistance and is tack-free after exposure to UV light. A secondary
    moisture cure mechanism will cure unexposed areas of the coating within 2-3 days at ambient conditions. The
