Performance Features of Shin-Etsu KE-106:

  1. Similar characteristics to one-component RTV: electrical properties, heat resistance, cold resistance, vibration resistance, weather resistance, and curing type.

  2. Layer curing: deep curing can occur simultaneously on the surface and internally, regardless of the rubber thickness.

  3. Curing speed adjustability: curing speed can be adjusted by changing the type or quantity of the curing agent, or by heating.

  4. Storage stability: base compounds and curing agents are stored separately, ensuring the product remains usable throughout the storage period without premature curing. Two-component RTV rubber can be stored for an extended period.

Product Features:

  1. Optically transparent
  2. Yellowing resistance
  3. Two-component
  4. 1:1 mixing ratio
  5. Thermosetting
  6. Self-leveling
