Used in conjunction with 3M™ hot melt adhesive applicators. The recommended application temperature range is 250-270°F (121-132°C).

    3M™ 3798 LM hot melt adhesive is a low-melt adhesive used to securely bond items in shrink packaging. This adhesive is easy to remove and suitable for adhering business cards, coupons, inserts, credit cards, brochures, and commonly used samples in mailings.

    3M™ 3798 LM hot melt adhesive is specifically designed using a solid thermoplastic resin that becomes fluid when heated. This low-melt adhesive is applied at 120°F, a temperature low enough to bond to paper, most plastics, and various other substrates including most coated surfaces. The adhesive cools, hardens, and bonds within seconds, providing strength without the need for clamping.
